I love this pattern and I’m actually in the process of making about 12 of them for our Church prayer quilt ministry sale in April. Everything we sell benefits our group to buy more fabric and supplies for quilts that go to those who need them, as well as mission trips and baptisms.
But I found another great use for these card holders!! They are perfect for a couple of teabags and a couple packs of sugar. Now we don’t need to make teabag holders and this is a good way to sell them because that we can show they have a couple of uses.
I do have a little bit of a problem where the points come together at the bottom on each side, but it’s probably me. I’m working on it. I’m just not getting it turned correctly so that it's straight across at the crossover point because I have a bit of a curve to it and the point goes a little below the edge so I have to fiddle around to get it neat in that area,, but I’m getting them done and they look very nice. I love love love this pattern. So easy to do.
It is so cute and easy to make. Everyone loves the ones I've made for them.
My granddaughters were thrilled with the cards and even my fabric choice. I enjoyed the ‘make’ very much. Especially love the pattern design with cut-away in the front pocket. Thanks for sharing.
So fun to make and gift!
I have not made it yet but looking forward to doing so.
Love your tutorials.
Thank you!
