Refund Policy for Digital Sewing Patterns

Thank you for shopping with Notches Sewing! We strive to provide the best service and experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:

Digital Product Refunds

  • All sales of digital sewing patterns are final. Once the purchase is made and the pattern is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, as digital products cannot be returned.

Exceptions

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. In the case of the following circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund or exchange:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital pattern more than once, we will be happy to refund the duplicate purchase upon verification. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the details of your order.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access the pattern due to a technical issue (e.g., broken download link or file corruption), please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide assistance or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond promptly within 3 business days.
