I’ll start by saying that I love the finished hat-it’s cute and summery! But oh my gosh the lack of written instructions is horrible. The make talks so fast on the video, and the video is so fast you can’t see what is goi g on. I took what I thought were good notes, but because the maker didn’t really identify which piece she was dealing with, my notes lacked detail. I had to go back and forth to the video and guess what I was supposed to do. Lots of ripping. And I’d lose the video, the. Have to watch commercials to get back. A terrible experience but cute end product. I won’t recommend the pattern. Had the maker ever thought of using test desists to see what works?
I like the pattern and I am in the process of making the hat now.
I just bought my fabric on Friday and plan to start working on it this week. The pattern looks easy and I love that you have a step by step tutorial on YouTube to walk me through it. I can't wait to make them. I will post a picture when I am done.
Without the written instructions, it will be difficult…that said, it would be nice if you could add the link to the YouTube vid with the pattern. I had to go searching for it via google.
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you missed the video tutorial. It is in the listing right under the photo of the hat. Happy Sewing!
